springs creak
did you remove the rubber coil wrap from the old springs and put in on the Eibachs? Or did they come with that? I'm assuming you are saying the fronts creak when you break because they would compress. If you don't have the coil wrap on the bottom and top coil, you should. It may help, because those are the parts of the spring that actually compress enough to cause contact a.k.a. squeaking/creaking.

OK, are you sure it's the springs creaking?
Maybe the control arm bushings aren't happy with the new ride height.
Also checked the sway bar end link bushings or even the sway bar's main bushings.
What struts did you use? How did the strut mounts look? Is everything tight?
Did you make the word OUT which is stamped on the top of the upper spring perch face outwards which lines up with the sturts lower mounting flange?
