Just curious if I were to do a swap to a 00 01 engine in a 95 max how well would it fit? Would i have to get a 95 manual tranny or 00 01 and would it fit perfectly? and what about the y pipe? Help me out with this.

Everything will work...Im actually thinking about doing this swap in the spring time...I found one in my area with 12K miles, lets just hope there not lieing...

The only thing youll have to watch is switching out all your sensors and such to the DEK motor. crank sensors, main harness...many guys on here have done the swap and it fits fine.

The DEK has different cams, intake manifold, and supposidly a better cooling system...no idea if thats true
