alignment w/eibach springs

I went to pepboys yesterday to get my alignment done, i have a 6months warranty with them> The first time (4months ago) they kinda fixed it but when i took it in this time, they refuse to work on my car, they said it was too low,i've have been running on eibach pro-kit springs for the last 4 yrs, they told me that i need a camber kit plate. Do i really need a camber plate on eibach springs?
I thought u only need camber kit if u drop lower then 2.0-2.5? are they bsing me?
they refund me back for the first alignment.

They maybe BS'ing you.

Did you get a print out of your alignment specs from last time?
You'd need camber adjustment more with a lower than 2" setup than a 1.5" setup. If you havent run into any curbs or anything of that nature, then you shouldnt need it.

try having another tech at the shop work on it.

No, you don't need the camber kit. I had no issues when I had my alignment done. Some places won't accept low cars so I had to do several phone calls to find which ones do. Also, these places should give you the print out.
