coil pack screw missing

Hello,
recently I replaced the rear valve cover gasket and in the process lost one of the coil pack screws. Since I couldn't find my spark plug socket at the time and was also a little pressed for time I didn't replace the plugs. I might be imagining it, but I think I'm getting a hesitation around 3500-4000rpm. This could be because I need new plugs, or because I routed the EGR hose back to the TB a little screwed up. But does anyone think it's the coil pack not seated correctly, it seems tight and I was careful aligning it when I tightened the remaining screw.
Anyone run their car with a coil pack screw missing? Was planning on getting another one when I have time, but I was just wondering.

I doubt it has anything do do with the missing screw - assuming the one screw is holding the coil pack in place properly.

I figured it wasn't, but thanks for the responses anyway.

one screw will do the job fine. I only use on screw on all my rears since I pull my plugs alot to check them. The very most rear screw on the back coil packs is annoying and I just don't like messing with it.

You check them often because of the turbo?
Offhand do you know if the EGR hose is sort of crimped going into the TB, would that affect anything?
I have new plugs, and I know they need to be changed, I just don't remember any slight hesitation before I took all this stuff apart.

I really cleaned the TB with TB cleaner from pep boys, but I figure that would improve things.
