anyone blow a tokico HP (Blue)???

about to purchase tokico hp's that were used with s-tech's for about 10k. has anyone blown or know anyone that has blown these shocks on any kind of spring? im going to use these with h-tech's if i get them and was wondering if there are any riskts. thanks

i blew one on eibach springs....but i drove about 70k on them.... lol

I don't have aftermarket springs but i do have tokico hps. I love the way the ride, but to me they don't seem like a good fit with any aftermarket springs. Great OEM replacement for stock shocks but seem like they'd be prone to failure when paired with stiffer springs.......But thats just my take on it.

I blew them with my Stechs, i need to get illuminas becuase the ride is horrendous, but the car might be sold so there wouldint be a point.

I have Tokico's with Eibach and have had them for about 3 1/2 years with no problems. However that is only about 25K miles.
