New ECU and still wont start

I finally got a new ECU today. So i run out to plug it in to try her out. She started then just died again right after. I tried again and reved it a little, but she died just as fast. I tried pulling some codes and i got 0302, 1401 and 1402. I couldnt find the last two anywhere in my haynes manual or the ECU sticky, they both go up to 13 only. Does anyone know what those two codes mean. I'm assuming its just another crazy quirt that nissan threw into the mix when designing the 99s. The ecu is from an SE and not a GXE so I dont know if that would have anything to do with it. I was under the impression that any 99, auto cali spec would do.

did you program your NATS with your new ECU? if not than, that might be your problem.

What are my NATS? And could I program then or would the dealer have to?

What happened that you needed a new ECU in the first place. Anyhow I don't know anything about NATS because none of my maximas have any of that fancy jazz, but it might be a grounding issue. What you describe sounds just like what max4speed had problems with in the all motor forum, and it ended up being a grounding issue just like I said it was.
