Bose Suspension (MUST SEE!)

I know this thread is off-topic, but I couldn't resist. This is the most amazing thing I've seen for cars in recent times. I can't even explain it, just watch the video provided here: http://www.automobilemag.com/news/0410_bose_bumps.wmv (3.8 MB)

If you'd like to read the article, visit: http://www.automobilemag.com/news/0410_bose/

Simply amazing...

Interesting. I just wonder how much body roll you get with that through the turns?

Supposedly, there is no compromise to performance/cornering ability..

Read about this suspension before. It really looks unbelieveable. Here's a few cornering and slalom pics:

Talk about slot car handling. With this kind of suspension, you definitely need a REALLY GOOD set of tires and bucket seats.

No stopping for speed bumps or potholes. Also, imagine an SUV with this suspension.

I didn't read the article but being as I saw the BOSE name assuming it's the same BOSE that makes stereos and speakers I assume it's some sort of electromagnet suspension, right?
