at autozone/after market stores, look to pay about $150 with a core exchange...price varies in some places, but that's the average. i bought a used very low mileage one from a 99 max for $50 at a local junkyard. goodluck



some people on here have had luck with ebay but i'd only buy one there if you can get a warranty. seems most aftermarket/rebuilt starters tend to go, so a warranty is worth its weight in gold.
