Buttons around heater controls.

I know these buttons are supposed to light up at night, but mine do not. I have not worked on this yet, but if it is like other lit buttons I have seen, there is usually a clear plastic strip that guides light to the different areas. I assume there is a bulb out in this area. Is there any of you that have had this apart and can confirm if I am on the right track?
Your comments are appreciated.

I think there is 5-6 small bulbs in the back of the auto climate control, maybe 4, I changed mine out a while ago.

Yeah, I have the climate control. I need to take it apart to change the radio, I will look at it then.
Thanks,
Randy
