what the deal the bulb size not fitting on a hid fog mod?

I wanna buy a pair, but I forgot what the deal was with the bulbs.

the longer H3 bulb didn't fit cause it would hit the glass right, thats why we need the mini bulb or something?

let me know, thanx..

the HID kit for the fogs.

they have a longer H3 bulb, and a mini H3 bulb. I wanna know for sure if the longer one fits or not.

I wanna get a set from a respectable member, but dunno if it will fit..

Yeah, guys you need the MINI's, the other bulbs are too long, and they will hit something in there.. I have a set of the MINI's, that i have not installed yet.. I was going to sell them, but i decided that i am going to install these. Now you will need to remove the original wires from the cap to the stock H3 bulb, and cut a bigger hole in the back of your stock FOG CAP to push through your FOG HID kit WIRE Harness(connection), and reseal it really good. If you guys do this PLEASE OH PLEASE post pics of the full install and HOW you mounted them, and where? IT is easier if you take them fully off and attempt this.. Hope this helped you guys...

I hardly have that much fog in my area to waste this much money for two bulbs.
A few more dollars and I can get the interior led set-up.

NO

YOU

DONT!!!

I got the full H3 (3000K) color range, and they fit in perfect, no issues at all. There is so much extra space in there you could essentially stuff in another .5 lenght extra. The minis are really tiny so they prolly seem like they fit better, but my full H3 HIDS fit in there without an issue.

Ahhh good to know either style will fit.

Is there a difference in light output or lifespan of the micro vs. full size H3 bulbs?
