Energy suspension inserts auto motor mounts

Ok everyone, here is the no BS truth for members with automatics who want to use front and back ES inserts in the motor mounts!

The rear mounts are the same size for both AT and MT. Both take the 3 1/2" ES insert!!

The front mounts on the AT are 4" and are too big.
You must find new or used the nissan motor mount #11270-40U02. This # also cross references to the I30.
This is from the 1996 GXE manual tranny and it is 3 1/2" in diameter and the ES insert pops right in and the mount connects right up with no problems!

Maybe a moderator can add this info to the stickies so we don't have anymre BS posts about what will or will not fit the front

I can feel a slight increase in vibration at idle but overall these inserts work great. I had the old place racing mounts on a few years ago and I removed them a week later! These are far superior.

Also, my rear oem mount was broken in 2 places and some clunking under the car is now gone.
