I'm paypaling you right now if you sell the 2.87" LOL.

Could I get some crazy belt issues with the 2.62"?

V2 plate for now, v1 plate later?

I thought timming is a major concern w/ high boost levels on this motor?

Detonation is the concern. As long as you keep from detonating, the VQ35 rods will handle the boost the V2 can dish out.

You can either drop boost or retard timing among other things to prevent/minimize detonation.

I'm just saying your choice to drop boost isn't what I'd do, I'd pull timing and make sure your alcohol/water injection is working right.

Your choice Chris, but knowing you, I'd say you'll be buying a 2.62" pulley once you get everything running again, so why sell it?

IMO, use the smallest pulley, fix your timing, run Chevron premium, run at least 50/50 alcohol mix, run 2-step colder plugs, and ASAP get the J&S to be able to dial in your timing for more power while having the safety net.

chris were gonna keep slapping you with this till you get it. it took me 3 motors before i did. there is no stable way to run boost and nitrous this is a must or you might as well get a 7lb pulley and call it a day, lol.

Instead of spending $175 on rod bolts alone, you could pop for $255 more and get these:

Yeah...yeah...install costs are probably expensive.
