Dyno'd today (pics)
Took the car to the dyno today and met up with ptatohed and the_wizard too. Dyno days take forever!! I got there at 9am and didn't get to dyno until almost 3pm. But, anyway here's the graph. Frankly, I'm surprised with the numbers (thought it would be lower).
VIDEO!
http://www.youtube.com/?v=rKvkUMh4QNU
264 whp / 249 wtq
powertrain/drivetrain mods:
V2 blower with 3.48" pulley
V1 plate (Stillen)
Blitz SS
Walbro 255 HP, stock injectors, stock kit Vortech FMU
BKR6E-11 1-step colder gapped to .040
Warpspeed Y (2.5inch)
HKS Sport exhaust (60mm)
Clutchnet stage 2 organic clutch
Raxles
Not all that impressive compared to the 300+ hp guys, but it's a work in progress. How's the A/F look? A bit lean?

you should check your MAF voltage to see if your maxing out. You might want to upgrade to larger injectors also if you want more power
what psi are you boosting at?
btw, your car looked good at the performance meet

Thanks Larry, your car looked excellent as well with the new wheels. I need to fix some oil leaks first but the next stage would be:
370cc or 480cc injectors with afpr
Z32 MAF
3" charge pipe with CAI
b-pipe and cat
I'm at 8psi right now and don't plan on downsizing the pulley any time in the near future.

I actually thought I was going to make much less...I was only expecting around 240whp.

heh, same here.
It took almost 5 hours to dyno.

As it sits right now you have enough fuel upgrades to keep the monster fed. What are you usuing to tune the car, SAFC-II, E-manage........ Just richen up the system across the range and you should be fine. Just remember you don't want to be too lean, other wise you'll be doing the 3.5 swap before you thought. Try to get it between 12 to 11.5 or 11 to be really safe.

Go to the next size FMU disk or raise your base fuel pressure. Bring your AFR's down around 12.
You shouldn't be running too much fuel pressure and your not maxing out the MAF. You are getting close to maxing out the inejctors though. But your fine where your at.
Curve looks nice, congrats!

WOOOT!! Nice. Way to represent! That means I'm probably kicking *** with my 10psi pulley, lol.
Why would you need bigger injectors if you probably aren't maxing out your stock injectors or your maf??? If you don't plan on going down in pulley sizes you are wasting your money with the maf/injectors.

Before you go richening or leaning out your mixture how did they sample the AF ratio? Was the sensor a properly calibrated sensor placed in close proximity to the head? Does the shop use a different sensor for cars with leaded/race fuel vs unleaded fuel?
If not then ignore those radings. On forced induction cars these things need to be followed closely. If the sample was taken from the tailpipe it is probably off. Any exhaust leak and bad sensor can have a large effect on the reading.
I once proved this to someone who had the same issue. Thought he was lean based on a tailpipe sniffer. We then took the Zeitronix wideband and placed it just after motor in the exhaust stream. Turns out their wideband was over 1 full point off.... it was showing lean when in reality it was nearly perfect.

Tail pipe is OK if you have no cat and your sure there is no exhaust leaks

Again just because they have a sensor and tell you something does not mean they are correct. I would ask them the questions I posed above and if they tell you it doesn't matter, I would not trust them for tuning or AF readings...
Probably sound like a skeptic but that has ben my experience with PLENTY of shops.
