what rim/tire combo do you plan to add these spacers with?

1 inch seems like a big push...is your offset really high for those rims?

Get a drop
the hardest part about getting a drop is convincing my parents that i need one, and right now theyre uber butthurt about something so i really cant get anything, not even wheel spacers. im hoping i can find some used/cheap springs somewhere around here to do so they wont know...

Does that mean your parents pay for everything?

If so tell them it's unsafe aroud corners.

BTW, how did you convince them of your exhaust, intake, wheels, and body kit?

you know, your car looks like it was dropped becuz of your body kit...it gave that illusion since the body kit loses some ground clearance....

yeah springs would make your car look low.

Sounds like my mom with my gold auto. She hated me putting stuff on it. After a while they will just give up

aha! doubt it, ive been doing this for about 3 years, before i could drive i was working on my truck, then i sold that and got a car, then i traded that and here i am, not so sure that theyre going to let it go. hopefully though. i just have to bring some antifreeze to the dump and clean the garage~cleaning the garage is not easy.

y-pipe and test pipe will be kept on the down low, everything else they didnt really care about, not sure why they care now. i think its because that was went i first started spending on the car, now they are tired of it...

Do you know if the 18 inch wheels from the 2004 05 maxima se wheels and tires will fit on a 2000 maxima se?

those bolt onto the studs so they center themselves, just like wheels

Then why do people get hubcentric rings for aftermarket rims??

All the other spacers stress the fact that they are hubcentric, it must serve some purpose...

cause most dont bolt onto studs. the H&R like what lots of people have on here go onto a single set of studs, this set bolts the spacer onto the hub, then the wheels bolt to the spacers. if people buy hubcentric rings for their wheels they obviously dont understand the point of a conical seat lug nut.

Hey you are completely missing the point! I'm not trying to flame you here, but speaking from experience those bolt-in spacers are crap! No if and buts about it your going to get major wheel vibrations conical seat lug nuts or not. You are also going to need new wheel hardware as the Maxima studs are 12x1.25 thread type where as the Mustang spacer studs are NOT. Hubcentric rings and spacers are made for a reason. A huge amount of orgr's including myself spend the $$$ for hubcentric, so for you to say "if people buy hubcentric rings for their wheels they obviously dont understand the point of a conical seat lug nut" is just plain BS and you are giving out really bad advise. If you choose to the go non-hubcentric route and you know better than others by all means go ahead, install and test them, then recommend them and proove every mfg, seller and user of hubcentric rings and spacers etc wrong, but until then..........

I guess your not going to get hubcentric rings if you install 13" cobra rotors either!..... You know you need brackets and 300ZX calipers to make that work too don't you?.... I give up! Some else please advise this guy!

Please take the time to check out my nightmare with those bolt-in spacers from my 13" cobra BBK kit on my 4th gen:

WHEELS ARE DIFFERENT THAN SPACERS yes you need hubcentric rings for not bolt on spacers i know that i just dont know anybody in the world who has put hubcentric rings on their WHEELS (remember, wheels, not spacers)

what? not really sure how you got there but ok. no i would not use them without hubcentric rings, that would be dumb and really wouldnt work well, would end up with an issue and a helf.
