Is the PAC AOEM-NIS2 used to connect an After-market Changer?

I'm not too familier with car audio, but I was wondering if the PAC AOEM-NIS2 allows me to connect an aftermarket changer to my Bose head unit. This is for a 95.

Depends on the way the aftermarket changer sends it's audio signal, but I highly doubt it.
