what to use on cv boots to keep from drying out?

what to use on cv boots to keep from drying out?

was woundering if there are any products that can be used to extend life of cv boots and keep them from drying out? i was thinking like an armorall spray or anything more specific.

White Lithium grease. Wipe it on with a rag.

I use Silicon Grease when I have the wheels off.

yeah, i use silicon spray everytime i rotate my tires. i spray down all my boots,brake lines and bumpstops. it dries up pretty fast but im sure it helps. any type of grease should work fine for you. you only need somthing to keep the elements from destroying it

I'd be careful putting grease on the boots. Grease will attract dirt and sand which can wear them out faster than the elements.
