Automotive Paint

Hey, Guys I was playing around with this idea, of painting my max gunmetal siliver with silver flakes. What anyone thing?

Anyone know where i can buy automotive paint and how much is needed to paint the whole car? I have a friend that works in a shop that would paint it if i supplied the paint.

Your friend should know... But I would think that you will need primer, color and clear.

Are you going for the factory gray lustre?

need primer
I worked in a bodyshop for a couple of months, and I don't think you'l need primer if your painting over paint.

The only cars I have seen get total re-paints were ground up rebuilds... So they were primed, guess you just get used to listing it.

Hey, the actuall color is if you take a silver handgun, the grayish silver in that would be the color, kinda simular like my car now but darker. so the interior matches.

So your car has been completely re-painted already? And you want to re-paint it again?
