Custom Enterprise High Flow Cat

Do the CE high flow cats have the honey comb inside to? Is it better than the Random high flow cat? My factory cat got damaged so I bought a Random Technology high flow cat and got the infamous p0138 code along with the rotten egg smell. I ended up replacing the o2 sensor (bank1 rear ). I reset the ECU now the car is sputtering when idleing like it wants to die out, and the smell is very strong. No code yet but I know it coming. I'm afraid I have to get another cat. I've read some of the other 5th genners went with the CE or Warpspeed high flow cats. I don't want to end up with another faulty cat where the honey comb breaks off causing additional problems.
