Please help with Parking Lights/Blinker Bulbs

The time has come for me to crack open my headlights on my 03. I just ordered DDE's and HID foglights (doing these at the same time) and bought the Malibu lens from Home Depot. Anyway here are my questions...originally i was going to order Polarg Bulbs to put in but after seeing pics of Polaks car (which is amazing) i decided to order bulbs from autolumination. i know i definitely need two 194 bulbs for the parking lights and i dont know if i should order the ones with 1 single LED or the 5 LED matrix bulb. What is the difference with the matrix bulb or is it just brighter? As far as the directionals go (1156 bulbs)...i think i am going to get super white LED's for them as well instead of getting an amber blinking bulb. but here is my question about them...they have so many LED's on them...i dont even know which ones to pick? the smallest amount of LED's on them is 15... i want them to match the parking lights and everything but it just seems like 15 LED's is overkill...am I going to blind people with these blinkers or should they be fine? will they even fit the socket? here is the link to the list of 1156 bulbs...

http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm

if you guys can give me any kind of input on these please help me out...im going to be ordering in the next few days...thanks in advance

i originally put leds in my parking lights but then someone recommended to put nothing in there.. ever since i took out the led up there, the DDEs and 6k fogs look perfect..

as far as i know, the more leds, the brighter.. i actually have a 9 led amber bulb in my front turn, and then the tower ones in the back. hope that helps, and gl with your install.. at first youll be afraid to open it up but after you move past that, youll thank yourself.

while you're here, i have a 2k. Are there 'whiter' bulbs for the backup/reverse lights?

Yep, 921 = 194 base with a bigger bulb. Don't forget load resistors if you use LED turn signals.

Any 194/921 blue bulb (Ploarg, Piaa) or white LED bulb will work.

Correct me if I'm wrong but for your turn signals don't you need 7440's? Not 1156. Also LED's due to less resistance ( I think) cause your turns signals to flash much quicker, but I think there is some kind a load device that stops the quick flashing and put's back to normal. With the clear Home depot lense you can get a chrome 7440 so only when on does it light up amber color.

He is correct, 02-03 Maximas need 7440 front and rear turn signals.

sorry to get off topic, but it won't let me start new threads yet. I just put 194 bulbs into my back up lights and i got another set of 194s to put into the 161 slots of my door/courtesy/step lights. Will the 194s work just fine? This is on a 2000 se. Also, do i have to replace them with the doors closed? Will it hurt anything if i remove the bulbs while they are on (since they come on when the doors are open), should i decide to change them out with the doors open?

Yes the 194s will work, 161/194/921..etc all have the same bulb base. Only reason why you shouldn't change the bulb with the door open is that the regular bulbs heat up quick, and will be hot when you try to remove it, FYI.

Or throw in some inverted LED's with 194 base.
