Blinkers gone crazy

I have altezza tail light on my 98 max. Today, i put on a pair of LED bulb to replace the regular turn signal bulb. Took a short drive afterward and I realize my turn signal was blinking twice as fast as it would normally. I've also noticed my sidemarker lights are out now. Any clue as to what happened to my car?

led type bulbs might be causing the turn signal to flash twice as fast. Common rice problem. Regular bulbs don't do that.

traditional turn signal circuits include a switch that opens and closes based on the heat generated by the current flow through the switch (think of the blinker bulbs in christmas lights)... i dunno if lowering the current flow by running LEDs would cause this... or if this is even how the turn signals work in our cars (i doubt it is).

that and it could just be your car rejecting the altezas
