Energy Suspension Questions

I already have a Stillen FSTB, RSB, and when I replaced my Eibach/Illumina setup with K-sport coilovers now I can really feel the flex and slop in my 115,000 mile old control arm bushings.

I have a few questions before I buy the whole bushing set for our car though.

How difficult is is to install the whole bushing set (control arm(part #7-3111), front lower subframe bushing set(part #7.1116), front swaybar frame bushing set(part #7-5118 in 20mm.) and the front swaybar endlink grommets x4(part #4803-G))? How many hours will this install take if I do it myself?

Will I need to get an alignment after doing this?

What are the negatives associated with replacing the rubber bushings with polyurethane ones?

Also, while looking here http://www.suspension.com/nissancars.htm, I see that they sell lower ball joints and outer tie rod ends also for our 4th gen. Are these upgraded parts, and if so what benefit would they give in the Maxima?

I can only speak on the FSB and LCA bushings.

I wouldnt buy the FSB bushings from ES. Mine were all fugged up in about 5,000 miles. One of the horse shoe shaped bushings tore completly in half. I posted about this and a few other people chimed in with the same problem. They take about a hour to install.

As for the LCA bushings, I really like them. The improved the feel of the front end a lot. They are a bit of a PITA to install though. There are two ways to do it. Remove the LCA and take it to a shop and have them press out the old bushings. Or burn the rubber out with a torch and then hack saw out the metal ring that the old bushing was in. Install took me about 4-5 hours.
