Correct oil filter P/N?

Sorry, I'm new to the 4th gen. Flame me if you must. The part number for the oil filter I could find in here is 15208-31U00. The parts guy at the dealer gave me 15208-65F00. Is that right? Is there a recommendation? Us old 3rd genners use a Toyota filter. Thanks.

Check the fluids and lubricants section, you might find your answer there.

Fram filters use cardboard endcaps = big no no

I use only Amsoil Superduty

You get what you pay for

OEM filter will do you just fine unless you're a perfectionist like me and must have the best, lol

Well cardboard or not, I've been using Fram filters for a very long time and none of my car use oil, so I know they work for daily drivers. If u own a car for the track or something I could see using a better filter but for us daily drivers a fram does the job well.

Just my 2 cents

The fluids and lubricants section says if you get a nissan filter get the 15208-9E000 only. I've heard crappy things about Fram too.
