Tan to Black swap questions, and also LED question.

Well as unfortunate and as luck would have it, a co worker of mine, wrecked his maxima, (he's ok, and I do feel bad), but I had inquired about swapping interiors a while back, the car is a total loss, major damage in the right hand fender and the trunk is gone. Airbags went out too... So, for $400, I'm looking at getting the whole car. Tranny, engine, interior and all... SO.... my question is, how hard is it to remove the dashboard? Everything else is pretty easy, now dashboard looks too big to come thru the door, does come out in two pieces? How hard is it to replace the ceiling cloth, with black? Also can I swap my airbags w/brown covers over to the new dash and steering wheel? (i know it looks dumb, but I'll get them painted, or can I actually buy the covers?) If anyone has write ups, please link them here, please, I tried seraching but i got a error server issue, so I dont know if its my comp.
Pics would be a plus too..

Now for the LED question, I really dont have time to be doing the LED myself, that and I'll have two of everything so I was wondering if anyone is up for the task of doing a complete LED job on my window switches, climate control, gagues, etc... I want them white, and well I want someone who's done this before, I'll ship all the parts, you do what you do, make sure it works and looks good, and I'll pay you... Name the price, and I'll give you half of it to start, and the rest when your done. You must provide pics of your workmanship, so I can decided. Thanks again.

it was through the front doors, and it was a two person job.

ALOT easier if you remove the front seats. It turns it into a one person job real quick.
