Dynoing Car This Sunday

Well as Mike suggested I swapped out my jwt ecu for the stocker, putting in my Big Yellow in sometime today since the weather is nice and also getting it dyno tuned this Friday. Sunday is our local dsm and one max dyno meet at a local shop we go to. This is the setup that will be used for dynoing.

T4 60-1 Turbo .70/.84
Stock Computer
Big Yellow (10 lbs)
Mevi (switched on at 5k rpm)
Walbro 255
Nismo 555 (flow tested at 615)
SAFC-2
3" Complete Turbo-back w/3" test pipe.

Thats all I can think off as far as the performance mods go. I cant wait till this Sunday Videos and pictures will be taken

Let us know the results. Have you tested that MEVI switch point already, or are you planning on perhaps testing it at one of these dyno sessions?

What numbers are you shooting for?

Good luck

I would expect 350-370 whp depending on how much boost you actually see with the .7 bar spring

Do you know what type of dyno? If you can get the files on a disk or emailed to you that would be great. Hopefully it's a dynoJet so we can compare #'s.

This isn't one of those "dyno days" is it? Those events are no good for tuning.

Make sue and get some JWT ECU comparisons

Oh and yes mike im gonna do 2 pulls with the stock ecu and do last pull with the jwt ecu. As far as the mevi switch point, no i havent tested it yet, but most boosted guys told me to set it to 5k. Well see what happens this sunday, hopefully i can drive outta there without a blown motor Oh yeah and mike they send out the data files to my email so if you want em ill shoot em over when i get em.
