I took a chance and I went with Blue for my painted calipers. I have a Sterling Mist and looks nice with the AE wheels. I will add more pics to the post with the rims on the car. Got the color idea from the shop I was getting some work done at.

Finishing touches to the car (I wish it gave me 10HP or better braking). Makes it look clean and a lot better than some crusty looking caliper in my opinion.
Will look better when I drop it

Rear can't see too well almost no point.. but refinements!

One last front close up.

Yes, it serves a purpose. For every dollar a citizen spent, it will be used for boosting the economy.......

Hey Phatguy...how long did it take you? I'm contemplating now because those will complement my blue Toks pretty well.

I am going to find out for you about the paint. I'm meeting up with the guy who did it next week at the International Z Car show. I'm very happy with the painted calipers so far...

So you didn't paint it yourself?

I don't do any work on my car myself except filling up and cleaning it. I don't have the time and leave it up to someone who knows wassup? I'm making my car a semi showcar for certain product/solutions in my business....so it is essentially a business/personal car! I love driving it! I can write off "some" mods since it is being used for business purposes. I don't like non M series Bimmers and nothing else compares to a Max at the same price range which is available in 5pd IMO. I will find out as much info on the paint/time/suggestions I can.

That paint has to be heat treated, or else when u brake hard or over a period of time the paint will chip and peel off! Another question. Where did you pick up that paint like at any hardware store or something?

Overall looks very nice and I think i'm going to do a little biting here and copy you but I think i'm going to do Red. Was it a pain to get those brakes off?

Part of the painted calipers procedure can be found here: http://www.fourthrock.com/maxima/ then choose mods. There is a red example in there.

PS: The blue looks good!
