Anyone have a write up on how to install the progress RSB? Get this....

I got it for Xmas about oh 3 years ago and never put it in, I just lost my job so I figured I would have the time to do it now. Thanks guys.

its in the stickies, same as addco. I did it a few months ago. Takes some finessing. I'll give you hint, it was easier for me after i took the back wheels off.

Ditto, Definitely remove the back wheels, pretty easy did mine a couple of weeks back without a writeup as I removed it from my 4th gen and installed on my 5.5, also make sure the u bolts are near each end of the axle as you'll notice it's a little thicker there. Good luck

I would highly suggest using ramps. The RSB ought to be installed with the car under load.

Why do you say that? I'm not arguing with you. I just want to know more about this. I installed an RSB on my Sentra using jack stands instead of ramps, and I was going to use the same method on my Maxima, but I will use ramps if it's really better to do it that way.
