IAB and PCV for 3.5 Swap

Hey,

I see in the 3.5FAQ the IAB is mounted on the side and connected with a custom manifold and hose to the intake.

Is that housing for the IAB avaialable to buy? or is it something that must be made.

Also, the large hose for the PCV system. The one on the back of the right side goes to the air box, and the other goes to the intake on the stock setup. However, I find the engine will not run with it hooked to the intake (I assume because it is running too lean). Is this hose supposed to go elsewhere?

Any photos of how this is supposed to be set up?

Thanks.
Marc
