Upper intake manifold

Has anyone here removed the plate from the inside of the intake manifold? If so, did you notice any gains?

for a 4th gen, there is no plate, but for your 5th gen, do a search on butterfly plate removal. there's a few threads on it.

Ok, i tried the search feature but it's not working for me. By the way, its for a 5.5th gen. If anyone could just throw a quick sum-up of what the pos ad neg of this mod was, i would greatly appreciate it!

5.5 gen need more custom manifold modding. You could TRY to PM SR20DEN and see how much he will charge you and if he will make you one.
