90k mile service...

I just put my car through a free 100 point inspection offered by Nissan. (something nice for a change from the stealership)...my cars got 92k miles on it, and they obviously wrote i need to get my 90k mile service done. what do you all think is a reasonable price to have this done?...i had the 60k mile service done and i havnt drive my car in 6 months (i was out of the country)... and what exactly needs to be done on the 90k mile service? thanks

On the 30k service, other than oil and air filter changes, dealer just does a bunch of inspection stuff. The 60K and 120K are the big ones. 400 bucks.
Just change your oil and air filter. Check your brakes, maybe change your fuel filter for grins and top off all fluids. Save yourself some $$$$

I work at a dealership and can tell you the every 30k services are a rip. Some of the stuff is important, but if you don't mind turning a wrench yourself (if you are a member of this sight you don't) DIY. Check the brakes, replace all filters, and follow the owners manual. Save some yourself some greenbacks.

I'm nearing 80k and I have done everything I could in my power.

I might change the radiator hoses though, and the ATF. I've kept with everything and the brakes are almost done.

BTW rl2880, do you know what the 'bleed order' is for a 4th gen. I've been using VALVOLINE synpower brake fluid. I'm also wondering if you crack the bleeder fully or small enough so that it leaks out but doesn't grab air?

Thanks.

The bleed order is rear right, rear left, front right, front left. Basically the line farthest away from the master cylinder to the line closest.

Peace

Im Pretty Sure That Every 90k Service Is And Oil & Filter Change, Air Filter, Coolant Flush, Atf Flush, Brake System Flush, Rotate Tires, And A 28 Pnt. Inspection. I Would Say If You Know How To Do That Stuff Yourself, Then Save Some Money.

What is it then? Whats the logic?

i dont think it TRULLY matters right though?

the correct bleed order is RR, LF, LR, RF (with driver's side being left). I do not know the logic, but this is the order stated in the FSM.

Devin!!!!! Yo you haven't done any light swaps have you? I'm looking for clear/white front bumper (not fog) and/or rear corner turn signal lights.

^^

i started to bleed one corner, RIGHT REAR and after a few pumps the resoivor was crystal clear. I could literally see the difference, brown tint old fluid coming out, in goes clear VALV synpower.

I will do the other front later and etc etc.

Thanks.
