What do you think of this AFPR for 3.5 swap?

Looking to do a 3.5 swap so am trying to gather things up. I wanted to pick up the AFPR everyone was purchasing for like $40 (I believe Allen22 and 96sleeper both have them) but when I contacted the seller, he said it was on back order. Well I came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-F...QQcmdZViewItem

This was the best price AFPR that I could find that comes with a guage and can adjust as much as I needed as some do not even go as high as 53 PSI, the needed FP for the 3.5 swap. I would love to get the SARD but it doesn;t come with a guage. Please let me know your thoughts and opinions.

I rather have the gage AFPR, better tuning capabilities for the long run. Especially if you decide to go FI or Nitrous.

Thats how I feel as well. Just wanted some thoughts on the OBX because in all the searches I've done on the org, I only saw people give good reviews about the SARD and Nismo AFPR and bad reviews about the Weapon R. So just wanted to see if anyone has used this unit or has confidence in the OBX unit. Might just end up buying it anyway since I can't find anything else for a decent price.

I would go with it I haven't heard anything bad about them. My boy has one on his 350Z with no complaints.

The fuel pressure spec for the A32B is 51 PSI.

Thanks. I knew it was somewhere around there. Mostly trying to state that some AFPR's don't even go that high so I just wanted to make sure I was getting one with the adjustability I need.

Does the AFPR have two "legs" for the tee and return line?

Thanks for asking that question Nismology. That must be pertinent to the swap. Thats why I'm glad I didn't make any purchases yet. Wasn't sure what exactly is needed in the AFPR besides adjusting to the corrrect PSI's. So am I safe to say that this will work for what I am trying to do?

Nothing bud bad news for an OBX AFPR customer.
Gauge malfunctions.

Also the NRG product I believe is a generic brand so be careful cheaper isn't always better. Try and contact them about the product before you purchase.

Yeah.... I know cheaper isn't always better but I see the guys using the $40 ebay AFPR is having zero problems so I was just considering using something that would work just as good as what they are using. Too bad they are on back order.

I decided I am going to get the SARD and get a Summit guage. My question is what is the difference between 6AN and 8AN? Do I need a specific on or not? The ebay auction I am looking at doesn't even specify.

The guy still doesn't have them in. Since this company is out in Suffolk county, NY (basically where I live) I will hit them up and see what there warranty is before I purchase the unit you suggested.

Regarding any AFPR I purchase, will I need to purchase an adapter to make it work with the VQ35?

Is this true for the Nismo one as well?

I'm not sure of this and I would like to know everything I need to get so I can order it one time. I keep reading and some of these things say I will need an adapter for the fuel rail.

Thanks,
Mike
