yeah

At the end of the auction, he says the bar is NOT made by Stillen, but is an exact replica in every way, but don't Stillen FSTB's have "Stillen" written across the middle? And don't Stillen bars look different than Courtesy bars with red painted mounting brackets?

yep... Stillen bars are not round... they are sort of rectangular. The ends are gold, not red and as you mentioned, the word "STILLEN" is right across the top of it.
