97-99 switch to 95-96 front end

A friend of mine has a 97 maxima and smashed up the front end. Will this be the same as switching a 95-96 to a 97-99 front end? Has anyone done this? I know everyone is gonna say why would you do that but I have an extra 95max in my driveway so the parts are right here and cheap. What would you have to switch over? the bumper, grill, and headlights right. The hood and fenders are the same though out 95-99 correct. Also the passenger side airbag will work for him as well right. Thanks guys.

It should be. I switched my 96 to a 97 bumper. I still have the 96 headlights and everything. You can get them off ebay, but it's kind of a btich to get them on because they're not OEM parts.

We will be using my 95 parts car so shouldn't have to buy anything off ebay. I was wondering if everyting will match up or do you have to drill new holes or anything.

Just wanting to make sure. I believe you got to cut a few things on the 97's to make em fit so just wondering.

You have to slightly bend the the brackets near the grille but that's it.
