Seats swap

I'm posting this for my friend.
He has a 4th gen, 99 GXE, cloth seats. Drivers seatis powered, but not passengers. The question is, can he convert to leather seats which are both powered? We looked under passengers side, and couldn't find any loose wires that would plug into a seat. So is it possible to do or he has to rewire the whole thing?
Thanks

I think that there are wires and this can be done.

Did you check under the carpet, under the seat for the wires?

I recently switched to leather seats. The power cables/cords should be either under the passenger seat or under the carpet. My cloth passenger seat was manual and the leather seat was powered. I found the connectors under my seat.

Thanks a lot guys.
We looked under the seat and couldn't find anything, but I thought they might be under the carpet.
