HOLY SHTI DUDE!!! What was it, less than a week with the VQ35 in? I can't believe it. Did you tell a lot of people what was going in the car...or do you just think it was a random act???

It was my 1st day out with the car. The clutch had 11 miles on it. If anyone sees the car, LET ME KNOW.

How the **** did it get stolen? Do you lock your **** or have an alarm? Also, APPLEBEES? No offense man, but in a place like that you should be parking the car near your seat or a window or something. Also it would be your fault if you did not lock it up or put the alarm on. If you did everything right than.... sorry to hear the bad news man. Just get the cops and insurance on it ASAP.

Hope you have theft on the car for Insure.

Thats right about sitting near a window. Im guilty of that when I take my car anywhere.

do what the people do in brooklyn did when theirs were stolen and left in flatbush... if not found soon, run your plates on the nyc.gov/finance site or on the jersey site (i dont know it) and see if there are any tickets given. from there, you can see where your car is located...

Wrong. If the car is ever pulled over from now on, even for something as simple as an illegal U-Turn, its going to come up "Stolen" when the officer runs the plate on their in car computer, thats if Taverish reported it stolen to the state.
Once it comes over stolen, the officer conferms it with the town it was stolen out of and -- Tadda --

tavarish,
I'm very sorry and upset about your car!
I know it's difficult at 19 years of age, but remember it's just a car and no one is hurt.

Maybe we shouldn't have threads about how much money members have in their cars! There may be some real criminals lurking on the org.

Sorry to hear about the car. Is this the Applebees

on Rte 1 & 9 with the Target and Home Depot in the back? How long was your car there for. I usually see Linden cops in the parking lot over by the Staples and Home Depot quite often or even by Starbucks. The area is more theft prone than I thought.... Man....again, sorry about the car, but you are ok and the car can certainly be replaced. I will certainly keep an eye out.

I do all work to my car myself. This is one of the reasons I don't take my car to the shop.

You really think someone would watch him with his swap...and then not take it? You think someone would watch him for so long just for a joy ride? I think it might just be a coincidence.

Damn man, I'm so sorry. Please tell me you have insurance on that bish. I'm hoping that your clutch will be ok....11 miles damn.

Also, let us know how everything goes when you getit back. If you have the time/energy/stomach for it, post some pics so we can see how bad it is. Good luck man.

Man I put it like this.... you shouldn't care less if that clutch is toast. I find it remarkable that you got your car back. The clutch is replaceble. The time and effort you put into that car and getting it to where it is now is priceless.

Wow, sorry to hear about this but glad you got it back in a reasonable time frame.. I remember when they got me, took a week thought I was never getting it back. I sleep with a weapon of choice by my side now.

someone tried to jack my car too, not too long ago, but my kill switch stopped them from doing so, so they just left the car with my expensive *** camera and some cash i had in the glove with a broken window.
Thank God for my Kill Switch!!!

Hope you find your car and hopefully is not stripped like a ****.
did you know most of the times, they steal a car just to get somewhere? lets hope that it is that case. Good luck.!

you are just sooo lucky....get the insurance to fix everything you have on it...in the end you're a winner...Also, get them to replace the clutch if need be. Make sure u mention you have worked long hours on it all on your own and you want to be compensated for the time it takes to change the clutch and miscilanious stuff....enjoy it when it's back to life
