I work with a guy that has seen you at the New England Dragway a couple of times recently. He thinks you got mid to high 15's so you probably have an automatic. I may go there next week on Street Night (Wed) to see what my car will do. My coworker races his black '95 Eagle Talon TSi AWD (with mods) in the mid 12's.

Sure, I'd be interested in meeting somewhere before going to NED. I live in Quincy too! I'll probably race this Wednesday, June 27. I installed the OSCAI today.

2K1 MAX SE:
You're in RI? What did you race at NED before?

NED is a good time!

A while back we had a mini meet with some of the Maxima club members. But most of those guys moved on to other states right Redline, Erik G, Edwin? We had a good time with like three Maximas running the 1/4 mi. If you have more people running then it would be a better time. I suggested to people to have a mini meet up the track but no replies or interest from the other members in New England area. Well if you never been to the track then New England Dragway would be a good first time experience for you even if you just watch. You will never know what kind of cars you would see up there racing. Hey there are lots of people near the Boston area now. I know a few people that drives Maxima living in Quincy. Maybe we will bump into each other next time. Later.

I used to race my 97 Cobra, and my 96 SS Camaro up there a couple of years back, but my fiancee and I are moving to West Palm Beach, FL next month , so we both decided on getting a new Max (I used to have a 92 SE back in the day), so I dont have much time left to head back up to NH, but if there are a bunch of you guys going up there next week , then count me in for 1 last run in Epping!

2K1 MAX SE, sounds like we did similar swaps with our cars. I just traded my 00' Mustang GT for this Maxima. Its definately a more refined car than the mustang.

The GT had an x-pipe and Flowmasters (way too loud) and when driving on the highway I couldn't her my wife talking! Yesterday I was doing 80mph and it was so quiet!

Considering some of the stories from married guys, is that a bad thing?

Too bad you guys are so far away, it would be nice to meet up with a few AE owners. We have only two other cars in our general area as most dealers are charging 3000.00 plus window on this special models.
