Mine had cracked a few months ago and I was wondering how much they go for? I found one on ebay for about $30 bucks. Only bad thing is i have no idea how much they go for originally. Any help would be great. thanks guys!

 

$30 is a good price. They normally sell for ~$80.

 

I checked with nissan a few months ago and they go for about 125.00 for the 5.5 gen cover. Steven88 put a 6th gen cover on his 5.5 gen and according to him it was only like 80 bucks and it looks hella clean..........

For the 6th gen it is black not silver I believe silver is only on the 5.5 gen not 6th see link above for pic.

Sure that it would fit? The 6 gen looks longer and square at the top. compared to the things coming out of the 5.5 gen (top part)

 

I think the only reason it looks like that is that the 6th gen covers more of the IM than the 5.5 gen cover but i am positive it will fit.

 

What are some websites you recommend buying the 6 gen cover?

 

You should be able to get one on ebay or pick one out of a junk yard, if you can find one.

No the 6th gen engine cover is on a 5.5 gen. Yup those are cattman gen 1 headers belonging to steven88 (the pic is of his engine bay)

 

oh ok, i remember reading something about 6th gens having problems getting headers on or something. But yeah id definatley go with that 6th gen cover, looks allot better IMHO.
