Removing your capslocks would be a good cheap mod.

 

DIY: get rid of orange blinker in headlights, remove stripes if you have them
Tints
SE tails
Sway bar

 

Why do you have to go and be cheap?

 

Get some clear bumper lights and put some 194 hyper white bulbs in them
