Just added an Amp+Sub to the Bose system, having problems

Just added an Amp+Sub to the Bose system, having problems

i'm hearin a low pitch "FFZZZZZZZ" sound coming from the sub when its turned on. Why? How can i fix it?

well... how did you setup your system? that would help.

secound off i dont think this is the correct forum to post this - i know i know there isnt many people that post in the other forum sorry.

Re-ground you're amp somewhere, make sure you sand that spot down very well on the chassis too.. That hiss should go away.

the hissing is still happening after i sanded that area good.

I then when to best buy to ask an audio expert, he said i have to mount the amp, shorten the ground wire (right now i have it under 2ft), and organize the signal wires. and that should solve the problems. Do you think he's just BSing me???

but he also said, bose systems are known to have problem with adding amps and subs, because there's factory amps already built in.

What can i do guys?
