se-r altima wheels

just wondering with a 45mm offset on these wheels, would i be able to go with a 245/40/18 tire and not rub? 5.5 gen sitting on progress springs. anyone have any experience with any other 45mm offset wheels?

I had +45 offset on my 03, and had 245 wide and it fit fine, no rubbing or any issues. I would get 15mm spacers in the rear and 5mm in the front to make it look better though.

do i really need the 5mm spacer? that seems like it would go so un-noticed. where would you reccommend i pickup some spacers from?
