Well heres the details:

My car is a 1999 nissan maxima SE Limited fully loaded, abs, perforated SE leather seats, climate control side airbags etc....

The Kelly blue book value of my car listed as a SE is: 10,270$ vs the GLE with the exact same options was worth $11,070$

Then i checked on nada guides and it still said the GLE was worth more than the SE.

In theroy wouldent a SEL be worth more than a GLE?? i may actually buy a beater max fix it up and sell it for alot so i wana know what you guys think about the prices....

Well i think a fully loaded SEL would be worth more than a gxe, for starters:

-Perforated SE leather seats
-SE Limited floor mats
-16" 5 spoke alloy wheels
-Best steering wheel
-Standard Spoiler
-Standard Fog lights
-"Sport" suspension
-Body color grille
-Body color door handles (looks better if you ask me)
-Option for manual tranny
-Crimson Blaze color
-Titanium tinted wheels, gauges and "MAXIMA" badging

 

what the hell? are you asking if your car is worth more than a gxe or gle? a GLE is going to be worth more than your car, a GXE will be worht less.

 

Well i know that a gxe is always the cheapest, i thought that a SEL would be more than a GLE but it sounds like im wrong... Whatever.

dude you are retarded. most people dont want sport suspension, they want a cushy ride. a spoiler doesnt mean much to a car buyer. body color grille? are you fcking kidding me? most people wouldnt even notice it had things like that. the maxima badges? i dont see how any of these things, except the leather, could really raise the value..... your logic doesnt make sense

 

I had a question and you dont want to answer then dont bother posting. Post your ******** comments elsewhere. A simple constructive responce like "no most people like the luxury of a GLE is preferred over a SE-L, therefore i think....." could do worlds better.

And shadyonedeath, im not selling my car i absolutely love it. I was thinking of buying a beater SE-L from a local car auction and fixing it up and then re selling it...

 

ok sorry for adding the retard part and kind of picking at you, but seriously man, none of those things really add much value, AND automatics are preferred for most people
