Arm + Leg, then bend over.

Check your manual, It will tell you what is done.

There is not really a 100K either since the intervals are every 30K (ie 90K). So, assuming that you have kept up your oil changes but everything else needs to be done, I would change:

tranny fluid
power steering fluid
brake fluid
spark plugs
fuel filter
air filter
coolant

lol, you ever changed a fuel filter on a newer i30? it aint on the wall, its in the tank, i just need to do it. i thought maybe they checked the valve lash and other things like that, Ive heard that you shouldnt change your tranny fluid after an 100k miles it will kill your tranny? Urban myth?

Oh I thought you were 99... my bad. Eventhough its in the fuel tank, I'd still change it. All you have to do is remove the bottom part of the rear cushion to get to the access lid.

Yeah the tranny thing is true. I changed the tranny fluid on an old Ford w/ 95k that never had the tranny fluid flushed and the new fluid stripped the clutch packs apart which ruined the tranny. 1st gear was the only gear that worked. Its kind of a double edged sword... damned if you do and damned if you don't. Hopefully your tranny has been flushed at some point.
