Bose CD player doesnt want to FEED.

After i painted my dashboard, i took out the Bose head unit to inspect the display that went on and off.

I followed the directions on the FAQ sticky website and opened her up. I didnt solder/alter anything, i just took it apart to inspect it and to get to know what was inside.

After putting it together, i put everything back in my dash and started the car. Radio worked perfect, display still goes on and off, but now its 80% on, 15% off, and 5% dim/blinking. Great! right? No.

I tried listening to a CD, placed it in the slot less then half way, waited for the CD player to feed it inside, and nothing. I can hear faint noises of the motor's running, but it doesnt feed it inside. I then tried to give it a push inside, and still nothing. I was left with a Cd stuck in the player.

Today, i took it apart again, pulled out the cd. and made sure everything was connected right. I installed it again, and it still doesnt want to feed.

Any idea's what could of happened?

and how i can fix it?

Yea to tell the truth I had intermittent working display and "cd err" on my bose. After I took it apart and changed resistors as in how to do section the display worked perfect but the cd player didn't worked at all. Then I ended up adding aux input to my bose to use it with my mp3 player. Now I really like using aux rather than cd player lol. I would recommend adding aux input unless u wanna change HU

Usually when I get "CD Err" it's the CD's problem not the HU's
