Relation b/w clutch and shifter feel?

Someone was telling me that there is a connection b/w upgrading cluthes and shifter feel? Is this true? I didnt think that it would be the case but I dont know all there is to know about that kinda stuff.

No correlation. Unless of course one of the clutches isn't working right.
