14.46 @ 94.84

This was my second time at the track with my 95 GXE. I have i/y/e. Stock ecu and stock intake manifold. Millenia wheels with ~ 20 psi in my BF Goodrich Drag Radials. I only had the driver seat in the car and I took out the jack and the spare. I have done better in the past when it was cooler out and less humid but I just thought I would post my slip. Any comments are welcome.

1/4 et: 14.4696
1/4 mph: 94.84

Is only gaining 18 mph in the final 1/8 about right?

oh sorry, I forgot, I am not auto. I also have a fidanza flywheel...I think that's the only "power" mod I forgot.

I just rev it up a little when both cars a staged, and then slip the clutch. I don't know exactly what rmp I am going from but its probably around 3k. I tried just dumping the clutch but I got a worse 60' on that run. On all of my shifts I tried shifting right around 6.5k.

Nice time! And yeah the gain is in the neighborhood for USIM. Any plans to add a VI?

With the 00VI I gain about 21-22 mph usually between the 1/8 to 1/4..

Sure I plan on getting a 00vi but we will see if it happens. I want to get the VI, and use my SAFCII on this car. This is the plan after I get EU for my supercharged car. I am hoping with the VI and a little tuning with the SAFCII I can get into the 13's.

You might be a lil quicker if you use 6500-6300-6100 as shift points 1-3. Nice run though.

How much did not millenia wheels run you and how much do they weight compared to the stock boys. I was looking to get some, I ran 1 day with my 18's and put my stock boys back on and picked up a few tenths, was hoping the mazda wheels were alittle lighter

That's an amazing time for just bolt-ons, stock ecu and usim. The 2.0 60 foot time and track preparation may have something to do with that time.

I'll never go to the track on a Sunday again (Saturdays the track is fresh and usually nets .2 seconds better)

I ran a 14.2 on DRAG RADIALS! Can you believe that? My best 60 foot of the day was a freakin 2.3!!!! I was able to run a 2.3 feathering the gas pedal on my ALL-SEASON tires at my last track meet!

yeah this was not my best time on this set up, I was just posting it up for the heck of it. My best time with this car/set up was earlier this year, it was 14.2 ~97mph

Maybe a little bit, I don't think they did a whole lot. I did not get below a 2.0 60', if I did that then I would say they helped a considerable amount. Another fourth gen (95bluemax) that was running at Rockingham that same night I ran a 14.2 was cutting 2.0 60's on regular street tires, we have very similar mods, but he had some stone racing headers.

reduce your reaction time and you can surely get 14 even.

I was not bracket racing. It was just test and tune. Therefore reaction time had no affect on my runs. The r/t does not affect your e/t's.
