ImportKustomz It has been a month now and I still haven't recieved my Ksports coilovers.

Please PM me about the situation.

from my recent experience and communications with ImportKustomz, they are in the middle of a big move and also no longer owned by dave. the new owner, roger, is just trying to setup and get organized. i understand that shouldnt be much of an excuse but lets try and cut the guy a break.

Well first off let me start saying sorry for this inconvenience this has caused you, we have not been able to have people at the office answering phones much as of late due to the new ownership of the company. This is a big move that is being made right now. Also, we have been working with Ksport to get your kit out ASAP but unfortunately it didn't didn't pan out as we had hoped. To let you know your kit has shipped out and your tracking number goes as follows: 539803360012013 the carrier is fedex. Once again we apologize but you have to understand that during this time it is alittle hard for one man to get things done in a timely fashion. Once things begin to settle and new ownership is fully complete then things will run again smoothly.

I too call puppy po po , there is only one way to look at business practices good and bad, for a moment i thought i would never see those digital green backs again. alas there was a moment in this saga that would bring out the worst in me. I for one must move on, for now is the time to call the nissan dealer where i originally would pay too much and within 3 days i would be looking at a OEM brand new shifter trim kit straight from the caverounus warehouses of nissan be it though i will pay too much, i will clutch in my hands the very thing i was denied from Import Kustomz. In closing i say to you never give up theres light at the end of the tunnel, be persistance and you will recieve your refund. good luck to all and thanks import kustomz for refunding my money.
