Don't deal with brianjh

I paid him for a rear Stillen lip back in July, and since then, I have not heard from him. Everything seemed to go well, he kept in touch with me through out the process, and then just disappears. I sent him a money order 7/21, he recieves it 7/27 and after the money order clears, he said he couldn't find a large enough box, and he'll get one from his parts department at his dealership. No response since then. I've sent him a PM a few times, and I even emailed him. Nothing.

Maybe someone local can stop by? Here's the address he gave me:

Brian Harrigan
(address removed)

Here's a link to his profile:
http://forums.maxima.org/member.php?u=60141

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Based on what you said, it sounds like Owais never received what he paid for. Correct me if I'm wrong. But if I'm right, you got a lot of ****ing nerve to come here and say this 16 months later....... personal issues, hah. You sure didn't have any problems posting an ad, collecting the money, and spending it.

You should be banned permanently from the org.

No need for that sort of vulgarity here...

So has this dispute been resolved or is there a plan to resolve it?

It doesnt take a genius to figure that out does it?? As it states in post #9 I have contacted him to resolve this issue. And again I do not have to explain myself to you either. If Owais wishes share then he can do so, but I am not going to get into it here on the forum.

Last I checked we live in the planet earth, and here on earth people make mistakes. Unfortunately one of the mistakes I made cost me my freedom for almost 13 months.
So I hope all of you can understand that shipping a $100 rear lip was not on my list of priorities. It was not intended or anything personal against Owais, I will refiund him 100%
Hopefully Owais will be satisfied with a full refund.
thanks for everyones understanding in this matter...

wow. what kind of felony locks you up for 13 months..
lets see....
obviously owais or gmanaz does not care for your "mistake" and i'm pretty sure a petty crime doesn't get you locked up for that long. don't know bro, it's been two months since the owais has said anything on this issue...so ???

I am not sure i understand what you are trying to convey... If you look at the initial post its dated 10/2/06 that would be a lot longer then 2 months.....genius
Its pretty clear that you are pretty confused, you dont even know what year it is. so I think you might need to polish up on your paralegal skills.....little boy....by the way happy belated bday....looks like you can purchase a pack of cigs now...or maybe play the lotto....
