I need help locating the speed sensor wire, wether next to the ecu or behind the tach, which ever.
I am hooking up a pioneer double din navi and i need to tap into the speed sensor wire.

Maybe someone else will look it up or knows where it runs. Comes from the tranny. Not sure why a speed sensor would need to go to a deck anyways... Here is a pic behind the dash. pin # 17 or 62 goes to the gauge, assumably from the speed sensor... Tap into those 2 wires with an ohmmeter and see which one changes resistance in relation to speed change.

....
so does anyone know which wire it is for sure?
if worst comes to worst i wont hook it it, like i said it DOESNT NEED IT , it just says it makes it hlep the navi be more accurate and etc...
