will seats from a 03 max fit in an 00?
the 03 ones have memory seats and the 00 doesnt. will the power seats still work?
will the harness connections for the 03 seats work in the 00?

They will work but you will have to swap the power seat motor. Thats what I had to do. Not that hard. Whole motor assembly is held by 4 bolts if I recall. Connections are different that is why you have to swap the motor.

heated seats and airbag ones are the same?
