After I get my new MAF...

After I get a new MAF; should I go ahead and change from the K&N or get a non-oiled filter? (I'm going to get just the element from an 01') Thanks.

I had a K&N air filter in my old Intake, AFTER I changed out my MAF...As long as you dont oil the air filter too heavy, you should be fine running the new MAF w/ the old K&N

Did your maf sensor go bad?? Or was it just dirty and decided to change it???
I was asking because I bought a new maf because i thought my old one was bad. I went to autobacs and found a maf sensor cleaning spray, i spray'd my old sensor and let it sit for 10 minutes. I tried it and i worked even better than the 01 i bought!! Everytime i clean/or change my filter i use this spray now. its great!!
