For no reason i just wanted to check my fuses to see if they were all good. So I'm checking them all and notice that I'm missing two fuses that are supposed to be there... one of them was pretty weird and the other made me worry.

Whiper Deicer - 15a - slot was empty

ENG CONT 1 - 10a - slot was also empty

The ENG CONT sounds like a pretty serious fuse that i was missing. So i put both as these fuses in and well the car appears to be running better. I had a slight idle problem where the car would slightly vibrate but the rpms were steady, and now everything seems to be perfect. While i changed the fuses i also cleaned up my battery terminals with a wire brush.

IDK why i was missing these fuses but are they really important? Am i just having a placebo affect? Someone let me know...Thanks

 

ahh there are several fuses that are there or missing that are only necessary if you have accessoies..

whiper deicer being one of them.. did you ever remove the rear bench to see if the Original factory options ivoice slip is tehre..

but im shure they didnt offer the deicer here.. jsut liek the daytime running lamps...

ie. a car without heated seats still has the fuse in it...

so if anything jsut put the fuse in... if your doubting anything

 

yeah i did put the fuses in but i was wondering if they were supposed to be there from the factory... wtf is ENG CONT 1...sound important and i was missing it.

 

.. to be onest i dotn knwo.. ive seen some thrid gen guy complain about his car going into limp mode and all this after his O2 sens. line got pinched and shorted.. and blew the fuse..

this is a question for hte crazy mechanics...

Anyhow.. methinks the Engine Cont fuse is for the CPU.
